I have previously suggested some resources to start our Physical Education classes. Now I invite you to consult the games in the attached file that are easy to use and explain in English during our sessions.
WARM-UP
As all physical education specialists know it is best to start with a good warm up before physical exercise, to do it in English we could simply give instructions to our students to move the different parts of the body, but from time to time we can start with more rhythm.
